Liily — I Can Fool Anyone In This Town

Album: I Can Fool Anyone In This Town

Artist: Liily

Genre: Alternative

Sub-Genres: Alt Rock

Label: Flush Records

Non-Airable Tracks: NONE

The album is a mix of alternative and rock music, all very upbeat and fun! “Toro” and “The Weather” starts the album off that already makes you want to dance. “Sepulveda Basin” and “I Can Fool Anybody In This Town” are both catchy, building up to the climax both in the song and album whereas “Nine” is on the slower side of the album. “Solid” leaves a finale. Overall, I enjoyed the album but the songs start to blend with one another after awhile.

Sounds Like: King Shelter, The Pale White

Recommended Tracks:

  1. Track 1: “Toro” — This is the song that you blast in your room when you just don’t care anymore
  2. Track 6: “Solid” — Cue in ’80s club
